agreement for services with the company and that should be

While we offer managed website hosting to lower or customer
costs, its acceptance depends upon the customers discretion. In
a 'managed website hosting' service we share the server
resources between different websites so we can't provide you a
separate Control Panel or access to the existing Control Panel
and FTP (data folders). However, we can arrange for an FTP login
and password that has access to your directory only.
The design concept is property of the Zeerab Designs,
however, all the content developed by Zeerab Designs for
any customer is the property of that customer and we can't claim
or write to that unless we have been paid as per the agreement
for services.
For any thing that is not clear, our customers should
approach us first to get the clarifications before hand.
